1) Did you receive the sample from Amy on June 20?

2) We still waiting for your document, please send it to us ASAP.

3) Maybe I forgot to confirm this for you, please revise the document as your mentioned.

4) Did you send out these documents to our office on last Friday? Please confirm

5) Per Helen verbal confirmation, the cargo was released. Please revise the report to us ASAP.
