Please help me for these grammar, thanks

1) This debit note of USDxxx has deduced from last payment on May 06.


2) Please note that, due to our mishandled to delivery the cargo to your warehouse. We will assume responsibility for the charge of USDxxx. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

3) Due to the factory mishandled to delivery these cargoes by LCL on July 02. The cargo did not ship as scheduled. But, the problem has resolved and it will be shipped on next vessel and keep it on your schedule without delay.
