Please help me for editing the following letter

00 With reference to several recently changes that you made in your P/I's for different parts , for example for disk you changed the manufacturer 3 times , please be informed that these changes are not acceptable for us and makes several problems. Therefore , after fixing the manufacturer once , we are going to open L/C for the related P/I and amending the L/C would not be possible . Because change of manufacturer is against the policy of our company. 02 br
