4. I would like to introduce something about my personality. I can say my personality through 3 words are Gentle, Honest and Enthusiastic which are my friends said that. When my friend or anybody need to help I willing. However, My best friend siad I am also a little timid and introverted
5. The newspaper give informatios about percentage of the amound of the Bribery which is social problem. The Bribery have long time ago. The Bribery have almost the countries in the world, No matter Rich or Poor, Deverlop or underdeverloped. It don’t except nobody. I think the Bribery is not good for developed a country.

In fact, In Viet Nam I rearched 54% Vietnamese find the job must to be bribed. In my opinion, I think Bribery is to try to make someone want to do something for them by give them some money, presents, or something else that they want. They not only see the immediate benefit but also they will kill themsefl career. I know the Japanese don’t like that. I think Vietnamese and some conutry have bribery should learn to Janpan, Singapore… and I think just true labor is enduring and Everything is illigal have to pay price, Not soon and later.

1. The Labor law have already but How the way to transform the rules company make all the members must follow. Moreover, The Company Rule will bring oder and fair discipline. This like such as when we have mall family, few people we could manage well but when they deverlop big family that make anarchy and we could not manage if we dont have the clear rule. So I think the Regulatory Compliance is very important.
