Please Help me find the name of this song...i've been trying for years...

00Can anyone help me please - I am trying to find out the name and artist of the following song...it is from a dance compilation CD round about 1997-2000...the only lyrics i can remeber are...'HOW MANY WILD HORSES ARE YOU PREPARED TO BREAK??...' then it continues to...'EVERYBODY'S DYING TO BE LOVED, EVERYBODY'S CRYING TO BE LOVED, EVERYBODY'S LYING TO BE LOVED...' or something very similar...it has a great bass line too!!! 02br
