Please help me find out this movie

Hi,

I remember a movie set in a restaurant. It's an old movie. One of its famous scene is that the waiter is introducing the dishes to the diners, when the shade of plants or something reflects on his face, forming mustache, which makes him look like Hitler.

Another scene, I don't quite remember whether they are from the same movie, the waiters practise holding plates while dancing. Plates crash down to the ground and the waiters are scolded. Very funny scene.
