Please help me find mistakes.

Dear Mr. Lee

I am sorry that the shoes you ordered were not the appropriate style and color. It is inconceivable that use of our fool-proof order form could have resulted in such an error.

We are just not the type of company that routinely sends out the wrong shoes to a customer. However, if you feel that you would rather do business with someone else, I will, regretfully, understand. We just process so many different orders each day, it’s difficult to avoid making some mistakes.

The bottom line is this: I have instructed our shipping department to send you what, I hope, is the correct order. I’ll of course , expect that you’ll return the incorrect shoes to us as soon as possible.
