Please help me draft an email
One of our employee who is on leave has requested for a leave extension for another 15 days due to sickness. However, as per our management we cannot grant him leave extension due to operational requirements and shortage of staff. I need to write him an employee saying that his leave request cannot be considered as per the management. Please help me draft a good email. Thanks
