Buying the perfect house is the dream of many. Thus, real estate has becoming increasingly popular and profitable. In order to understand the reasons for this, we should look at real estate more closely. You may have noticed that price of houses has skyrocketed in the last few years. This was caused by the increasing popularity of real estate companies.

Some parts of the above paragraph sound strange, especially the last sentence. Can you please correct some errors in it?

Your grammar is good. The grammar in the last sentence is fine, but I don't understand the meaning. Why would the popularity of real estate companies cause prices to rise? You need to explain your meaning in another way. Do you mean that prices have increased because a lot of people are going to real estate companies to buy houses?
