Please help me correct to these sentences

M/s K L trading delivered the above order on [date]. upon inspection, one of the item was found to be incomplete. We showed the missing parts to the delivery person who delivered the materials to us. We also have given the copy of catalogue showing missing parts. However, we acknowledge the receipt of the order in good order as he promised us to deliver the missing parts immediately. But now they are claiming that everything was delivered in good order and package they delivered as come, but the package was in re-packed condition when delivered it to us.
