The two charts give information about the numbers of people who visited Ashdown Museum and their satisfaction during the year before the renovation and the year after.

At the first glance, there is a
more positive figure for the year after refurbishment than the year before it. The overall visitor satisfaction increased steadily

Now turning to the detail, in the year before renovation, exactly 74000 people went to Ashdown Museum, but this figure rose to 92000 in the year after renovation. Moreover, the number of people who satisfied went up moderately from 30% to 40%.Similarly, there is a sharp growth in the proportion of visitors who satisfied, account for over a third in total.

Also worth noting is that 40% of visitors dissatisfied with the museum in the year before renovation, compared to 15% in the year after it. Finally, the people who had no responses remained unchanged in the same period of time, at only 5%.
