Due to the development of Internet, technological tools become very useful for English learners so researchers involving in this topic are more concerned by social of not only English learners but whole language learners who are learning a new language. Supporters such as Jay Johnson and Jim Maddox stated that graduated education received many benefits from the evolution of social medias which are one of types of technological tools and he also found that social media was used as a “share workplace” via his research. Furthermore, he introduced and reviewed a lot of various devices which has been currently using as a learning management system to people over the world. As a result, the growth of social network sites exists parallelly with the increase of the development of learning, working sites.

For more detail about the strong and quick development of social medias and technological tools in the world, a recent survey conducted by the Badson Survey Research Group in collaboration with New Marketing Tabs and the education – consulting group Person Learning Solution showed that more than 80 percent participants from almost 1000 colleges and university faculty members used social medias in some capacity as watching a friend’s cat video or updating their Facebook status and it is interesting the more than half used the technological tools as a part of their teaching. Moreover, in the classroom, social medias can get used in various ways and the Badson survey also stated that 30 percent faculty members in this research used social media to communicate with their students (trading post on blogs, for instance) while more than 52 percent use online videos, podcasts, blogs, and wikis (group authored websites) during actual class-time. From figures of survey above, benefits achieved by both learners language and professors teaching language from technological tools are very large.

According to Norman (2016), the first benefit that is teaching with help of technology is easier because audio-visual presentations, images, videos, etc. from technological tools can make students clearly understand their lesson and it also helps teachers make the lecture become more exciting. Next, teachers might keep track their student’s development from that teachers have suitable plans for their students in different stages in that course. Moreover, teachers can exchange information with their students anytime, anywhere and those teachers can help students immediately when student have issues about lessons through help this things involving to technology like computer, smartphone, etc. Another benefit of technological integration in education that is good for environment because learning through technology can save a lot of papers and save the environment which is endangered. In other aspect, using technology in learning makes students be more excited about studying because students can learn in various ways when learning through technological tools and it is useful in many aspects in learning process of students such as finding information involving to new lessons, learning how to look a problem in different ways or how to solve a problem in the new lessons which do not in teacher’s lecture. Beside that, technology makes distance learning more accessible than ever and this makes process learning of students is more convenient because of the strong growth and the widespread of Internet. The last benefit of learning through technological tools that help students improve working in group skill and make students more independent in learning.

Owing to the useful benefits that technological tools bring to both learners and professors in colleges and universities, technological tools may become a part in learning and teaching process and it will be new trading in social education.
