SOME ORGANIZATIONS BELIEVE THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES SHOULD DRESS SMARTLY. OTHERS VALUE QUALITY OF WORK ABOVE APPEARANCE.DISCUSS BOTH THESE VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

There is an increasingly growing popular idea that the personnel should give due attention to their clothing.In contrast,other individuals espouse the odea that faculty for working is more important than their looks.Both sides have,of course,their own merits,but I think the first view is more reasonable and i will discuss the arguments supporting this claim in the following paragraphs.
When meeting someone,appearance is the first thing that makes am impression.Attractive people tend to pay consumer's attention better cause no one want to cooperate with a man with an untidy hair and an wrinkle suit.Also,it is obviously seen that people who look great are more confident and zealous than others.Let me take the case of Lady Gaga,a famous American singer.Her fashion is very noticeable and she is making a good job of it,isn't she?
In contrast,some workplaces do not care much about the aspect,all they need is the truly value quality of work.For instance,the worker stay all day in the factory,what they actually need is something comfortable,easy to work and suitable for their job.However,people like air stewardesses,doctors... spend almost their times to communicate with clients, as a result,they need to dress smartly in order to make a great image for their organizations.
All in all,it is safe to say that the organizations can bring more and better opportunity to whom have both the appearance and inner quality.But,i still hold the idea that the outward play a key role in gaining prestige in other's eyes
