Could you please help me correct these sentences please?

1 She allows herself (to do) things that she wouldn't have before.
2 I'm as happy now as I was before./I'm happy as I was before.
3 You've gotten more an more aggressive over the years./As the years passed, he got more and more aggressive.
4 Not everyone has the same definition of the word. Some people might think "freedom" means something totally different than others.

Here are my suggestions.

1 She allows herself (to do) things that she wouldn't have before.
For clarity, I would say: She allows herself to do things that she wouldn't have done before.

2 I'm as happy now as I was before./I'm happy as I was before.
I prefer the first sentence.

3 You've gotten more and more aggressive over the years./As the years passed, he got more and more aggressive.
Either, but the "and more" is not strictly necessary. "You've gotten more aggressive over the years." (Unless you want to say that each year X has gotten more aggressive. Then I would say: "Year after year you've gotten more aggressive.")

4 Not everyone has the same definition of the word. Some people might think "freedom" means something totally different than others.
I am having trouble with the wording of the second sentence. It would be clearer to say:
Some people think/might think "freedom" means one thing, while others think/might think it means something totally different.
Or you could say:
Some people might think "freedom" means something which is totally different from what others think it means.
