Please help me correct these few sentence native?

Could you please help me correct these sentences please?
1 A big spoon allows you to get a big spoonful.
2 He's too big a scaredy cat to have a job that entail so much responsibility.
3 If your sick days disrupt the flow of this office, the cause for dismissal.
4 That last hour seems to last 3 hours./seems like 3 hours.
