Please help me correct my mistakes on IELTS TASK 2

Nowadays, the trend of young people from rich countries are spending some time to work on a volunteer basis in poorer countries become more and more popular. The reasons for this trend are various, and I believe that there are benefits for both young people and these communities.

On the one hand, the underlying reasons for the increasing number of teenagers spend some time to do unpaid-work in underprivileged nations should be considered. Firstly, thanks to the establishment of more charity organizations and the development of the internet, news about the disadvantages and difficulties in remote areas in over the world could be known widely. This could be seen as the key reason leading to increasing the number of young people who take part in voluntary work in poor countries. Secondly, another reason related to the school curriculum, students, in recent years, have been educated well about social responsibility and helping those who in need. For instance, my university encourages students to join in ‘’ green summer’’ campaign, a charity activity to open free class to help poor children in remote areas in Lao.

On the other hand, the benefits of encouraging young people to participate in unpaid- work in developing countries are undeniable. To start with, the charity activities such as building house or teaching not only improve the living standard of people in poor communities but also create the opportunities for poor children to pursue their study in order to contribute back to the affluence of their countries in near future. Furthermore, in the term of young people, working voluntary activities in a different culture and countries not only help young people more understand the role of them in society but also help them gain a huge of life experience, which could be extremely beneficial for them in future. This could be seen as a life-changing challenge and the youngsters will return to their home with much more mature and practical experiences.

In conclusion, helping others who in need should not be limited by national boundaries. Young people should work hand-in-hand with authorities in poor countries to eliminate the gap between them and other wealthy countries in the world.
