Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to complain that my suitcase was damaged while I was travelling from Da Nang to Quang Binh last week using bus service of Phuong Trang Company.

My suitcase was a gift from my father on my 20^th birthday party. It is band- new. This was the first time, I‘d use it for travelling. It is rectangular shaped suitcase, black in color, made by Japan. It is product of Tavi. However, when I received my luggage back from your staffs, I was so shock. The bottom part of my suitcase was torn down. Moreover, the wheels on the left side of suitcase were broken down.

These happened due to the carelessness for your staffs doing duty to passengers’ luggage. They put my suitcase into small luggage box and pushed forcefully which lead to damage of my suitcase. I can’t use this suitcase anymore. Therefore, I want your company to give me full payment of it prices by cash promptly.
