Please help me correct my Ielts writing task 2 . Thank you very much.

Some people who have been in prison become good citizens later, and it is often argued that these are the best people to talk to teenagers about the dangers of committing a crime. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is true that ex-prisoners can become normal. Imprisonment has helped many people who havebeen in prison turn over a new leaf to abrighter life. I completely agree with the idea that inviting the formerprisoner to come and talk about the dangers and crime life.

To begin with,teenagers are more likely to have a conversation and listen to the advice onlyfrom whom can speak from experience. Reformed offenders have experienced criminal life, which availableto share some knowledge and stories in the jail. That insightful knowledge andstories of the harsh realities would force the young listeners to think twiceabout their intention for these thoughts about gangsters, gang brothers, mafia,etc. Moreover, former lawbreakers can convince others by their emotions from thebottom of their hearts. Having survived in the unforgiving conditions behindbars and been through all the pains of a failed life, they could convey theirmessages in a much more powerful and their construction would be more specific.

Furthermore, ineducation alternatives, letting the ex-prisoners talk about that kind of experiencewould be more effective. The police officers may be a shining mirror for justice but nowadays, youngsters have not believed in them as much as in the pastdue to some videos of corruption and violence. Some people think that teacherscould deal with those problems because they have the knowledge and know the way to talk with the students. But today’s students have grown distant from teachers and they tend to doexactly the opposite of what teachers told. Basically, in common, teenagers are oftenreluctant to take advice from figures of authority.

In conclusion, I fullyagree with the idea of promoting education through conversion between ex- prisonersand teenagers.
