Topic: in some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people.
Why might this be the case?
Do you think it is a positive or negative situation?
It is widely acknowledged that it is preferable to own a house to renting it. Personally, I am wholeheartedly convinced with this statement due to long term financial policy and personal living conditions.
First, it is an undeniable fact that it takes an enormous investment to buy a house, nevertheless, it will be officially belonged to buyers and they have the authority to renovate it with any colors or furniture that they expect. In contract, it is hardly accepted if people have a rented house, they only have a monthly payment for a place where they are not authorized to own as well as take responsibilities of preserving things in good conditions as they first rented, but also be impossible to make any alteration both indoor and outdoor. Secondly, it is considered to be inconvenient that some renters are asked to pay several fees to utilize fundamental services such as Internet, Wifi or parking. To some extent, they have to follow certain regulations, a particularly restricted time outdoor at night or not allowed to cook indoor.
Therefore, instead of monthly payment for the rental, it is obviously understood that most people agree to have the intention of owning a house, which motivates them to build a proper living condition. It is such a positive emotion that house owners have their own place to invite friends for parties and be wasted at any time they want without any limitations. Furthermore, it is ideal for families to raise their children in a home sweet home rather than just a temporarily renting one on ground that areas for rented are involved with complex communities which may have negative impacts in children.
For the aforementioned reasons, I support the point that owning a house is far more convenient and beneficial in long period than renting it.
