Please help me correct it.

Here's the death certificate of my grandmother as I promised. I know abrupt flight schedule changes may 'cause an inconvenience to the Airline and some of the patrons, but there must be a milder way to handle these types of "emergency" situations. Just a few months ago I had to re-schedule an airline booking to another date because of complications that had occured in my family and I was asked to show proof of the deceased. I'm sure it's usually already hard enough for someone to lose a loved one and to have to openly share it to the public because of a change in flight booking is to me considered insensitive and below the standard professional courtesy.

Please refund me the penalty fee I was charged

Please correct this paragraph.

Thank you.
