Other argue that, We should invest more schools and teachers in there. In my view, I think to invest schools and teachers to outweigh to built computers and internet system.

There are several advantages that built schools and teachers group in the rural region in development countries. The first benefit is that cost for it will be cheap when we built new school with materials as brick, stone, cement, some steel and tole. In addition, we can easy find voluntary teachers arrive and teach children in rural regions. Finally, Methods maintain schools and teachers that we can easy to control and observe at least many years.

Some people argue that provide computers and internet is better, However, we should assess some matters bellow: One problem when we provide computers and the internet is a cost, one computer is priced about ten million and a computer room usually need from 10 to 15 per (one computer only use for a children in the time). Second, let computers can connect to the internet you must set up new network system from urban to rural. I can sure that this cost is never cheap. One by side, you still built a classroom and teacher to control there. Consequently, methods for maintenance you must have scheduled for maintain network system and repair computers because It easy happy problem as it can’t connect to the internet, it can’t start.
