In the past, most people lived in small villages where everyone knew everyone else. Nowadays, most people live in large cities where they only know a few people in their area. What do you think were the advantages and disadvantages of living in a small community?

Nowadays, choosing a place to live is not the same experience as in the past. In the past, there were advantages and disadvantages to live in small villages

Firstly, everyone knew everyone else, so they could get supports and helps from each others easily. That means people are friendly so that the crime rate is low.

Secondly, the children always had other children to play with, that is good for them to improve social skills. They also got pets…

Thirdly, they lived very comfortable because everything was cheap. They enjoyed fresh many kinds of fruits and clean food and they even can live in a big house.

Moreover, the traffic jam was not happen so the air would be fresh and clean. A plus is peace and atmospheric was not pollution.

However, if living a small village, they would get some disadvantages. There are not many companies so it is hard to get a good job or develop career. The children do not have experience about good education. There are not only poor facilities but also poor services. They can not get taking care of healthy well and they do not have many choice about entertainment. One more thing, updating information may not on time.

In my opinion, living is a big city is the best choice for young people. They have many choice about studying and working. It is easy to find a good job so that they can earn more money and develop their career. When they get older, they should be living in a small community, get out of busy life and enjoy all the best things there.
