Please help me clarify these questions

1. Is it correct to say "Do you have class today?" ? Or should it be "Do you have any class today?", "Do you have classes today?" ?

How about "Do you have school today?" ?

2. Can "I missed you" also mean "I miss you" as in "I haven't seen you for a while and I want to see you soon"?

3. "A couple questions" is grammtically incorrect, right? Although people do say it? It should be "a couple of questions," right?

Thanks!
