Please help me choose which word

Hi. Could anyone please help me.

A little girl is seeing her grandfather, a former alcoholic, who she hasn't seen in a while because he has started drinking again. The girl doesn't know that when she sees him as her parents haven't told her.

Tori ran over to her grandfather, not distracted/bothered/concerned/worried by his disheveled look.

- Which one of the words would you use in the sentence to say that she doesn't notice or get worried/concerned on behalf of the grandfather who's looking very disheveled as she's just so happy to see him in the moment?

- Also, would you say eg. "undistracted" instead of "not distracted"?

Although each has a subtly different meaning, they would all give the same picture to a reader, of a child who sees the grandfather as her grandfather, not someone who is disheveled and unwell. I would steer clear of 'undistracted' as it's rarely used.
