Friends can point out your mistakes, though what they say___( said; say)is hard for you to listen to. You can share your happiness, trouble and ___( and; or)worry worries with your friends.

I think "say" is suitable for the first gap because the latter clause should be parallel to the first one.
About the second gap, "and" is the best to be filled in, because "worry" here is not a choice, but a part of what you can share with your friends.
