Please help me choose the right word for each sentence??

Could you please tell me which word to use or how to say the sentence?
  • I had just enough pieces to do it/Ihad the exact amount of pieces to do it.
  • I can't see the things that are/whats going on out there if you stand in front of me.
  • Coffee will keep/prevent you from sleeping but orange juice will give you energy.
  • You've been doing a good job/some good work.
  • In/duing the summer there are a lot of tourists.
  • I keep thinking I'm seeing someone outside the window/I see someone outside the window.

I had just enough pieces to do it/ I had the exact number of pieces to do it. -- Strictly speaking, "amount" is a bit sloppy when talking of countable things, though it is widely used and tolerated in conversational English. I can't see the things that are/ what's going on out there if you stand in front of me.
