PLEASE HELP ME CHHOSE RIGHT WORD??? extreme help needed

Could you please help me choose the word that's right?

- I know when the water is going to squirt out/when it's squirting out.
- He has got built/buff.
- It doesn't look/seem like a saturday today.
- You have nothing to gain in/by doing that.
- He's just like me in every way/aspect/ respect but he's a guy.
