I would like to apply for British Council because this is a professional and reputable organization, I look forward to broadening my teaching experience as well as to accessing the career development opportunities that I can approach when working with British Council. I also look forward to experiencing a professional and multi-cultural working environment. There are 3 reasons why I believe I'm a suitable candidate for the TA position at BC. Firstly, being an active, responsible, punctual person, I am able to accomplish the assigned tasks, I also pay attention to small details and always try my best while doing my works, with a high sense of responsibility, I could achieve the goals either when working by myself or in a team. Secondly, I have a passion for teaching English, especially teaching English to children, I do the best when working with young students, I always want to learn the difficulties they encounter in their learning to help them overcome. Having good understanding on the difficulties that Vietnamese children usually face when learning English, I want to find interesting and effective teaching methods to make their learning process not only effective but also passionate and exciting; My desire to inspire my students and my love for children are also the reasons why I chose to apply for this job. The other thing that makes me confident to apply is from my previous working experience, I had the opportunity to work in a professional environment at ILA and interact with teachers and students from many different cultures. I also understand the basic tasks that a TA should do as well as how to deal with students and parents, the ability to take care of customers and solve problems. More importantly, working as TA helps me understand modern English teaching methods, understand the difficulties of teaching English as well as solutions to those difficulties. From the above reasons and the willingness to learn new things, the ability to adapt, I believe that I will make an ideal candidate for the position.
