Please help me check these sentences!

1. Stabilizing in 2 months, the number of tourists declines significantly during the end of the year.
2. Hitting the bottom at 100 points,S&P-index is predicted to gradually increase next year.
3. The number of internet user experience an erratic trend at first 3 years, follow by a downward trend in next 2 years.
4. The gold output, last year followed the downward trend, rise significantly in the next year.
5. After a slight decrease, the number of television exported stabilizes at 2 million in two months later, ending the year with a quick increase.
6. Experiencing with a fluctuation from 300 to 900 between 2002 and 2007, the number of cars remained unchanged in 3 years later and hit a peak at 1200 at the end of period.
7. The number of CDs consumed in Germany and Japan followed a downward trend in 2002, with the former dropping form 3 million to 1 million and the latter from 5 million to 2 million.
8. Despite of two opposite trend in the first 3 years, the unemployment rate of US and Canada remain stable, with the former standing at 3 million people and the latter at 1 million.

This is my take on your sentences. I will try to work with the first 5 and offer my thoughts on your sentences.
If my observation is keen enough, you are trying to use participle (past and present ) phrase in your sentences. However, there are issues with tense, word choice, construction and subject- noun disagreement in general..
