Further to our telephone conversation on 19.11.2018, we all understood that the supplier for the laundry services for our clubhouse would be changed from your company to another one, effective from 01.12.2018 and therefore the continuation of your company being the supplier for packing the laundry items appeared to be a less undesirable arrangement for both parties. In view of the above situation, we all agreed in principle to prematurely terminate the supplementary contract of packing and ironing the laundry items from 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2018 alike, with effect from 01.12.2018.

For our impending better management of the handover issues of the laundry services, we are hopeful of having your further confirmation over the above arrangement before 25.11.2018 or your may have other alternate measures for refinement, please don't hesitate to let us know.
