It is widely believed that children do not need to be vaccinated because it is risky and unnecessary. I completely disagree with this opinion because the injection is safe, and it brings several health benefits to children.

To begin with, vaccines improve our immune systems which prevent us from many viruses and diseases. When we get sick, we produce antigens that help our bodies fight illness. Vaccines build up our immune systems by mimicking the infection of bacteria or viruses that cause diseases, which in turn prompts our bodies to create the same antigens they would need to fight a full-blown version of that illness. It is especially helpful for children, who are fragile and easily attached to diseases. A report of the Ministry of Public Health shows that the mortality rate was decreased by 30% after the mandatory vaccination for infants and children is implemented.

In addition, the production of vaccines requires international standardization of the entire manufacturing process from start to finish. All the materials, production process, and quality control testing must meet the highest standard to guarantee vaccine identity, purity, and sterility. Besides, before being approved to use in humans, vaccines have been tested carefully through many phases in clinical trials to ensure their effectiveness and safety. According to the World Health Organization, it generally takes between 12-36 months to manufacture a vaccine, not to mention the time to develop it which could last for decades.

In conclusion, vaccination plays a beneficial role in children's health protection because it ensures children grow safely.
