Question: It has recently been announced that a large shopping center may be built in your neighborhood.
Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Answer: There is an announcement that one huge shopping mall may be constructed near my house. In my opinion, I will support that idea.
There are two main reasons why I support a plan that new building would be built in my neighborhood. Firstly, Despite living alone and having a busy job, I often go to a convenience store and shopping center as my route weekly or monthly to buy my necessity. Therefore, one shopping mall which is nearby my house will help me not only save my buying time and my efforts but also spend time for others activities such as playing sports or reading a book. Secondly, almost shopping mall has fast food chains or restaurants where I love eating in there so much. I'm a fan of pizza and hamburger, so if the shopping center becomes a reality, I do not have to drive so far and eat my favorite foods frequently.
On the other hand, I believe that the shopping mall will bring many benefits for our society as a whole. The huge shopping means there are lots of jobs will be created among communities. This will reduce a trend of unemployment in our society and a crime rate which stem from people who do not have a job. Furthermore, the shopping mall will certainly contribute a huge tax to the government. Therefore, authorities will spend that budget on keys fields such as education or health care which lead to an improvement of standard living of community.
In conclusion, although there are many arguments about the announcement of new shopping building, I always support this as they bring many advantages for me as well as society.
