Have you ever wondered if you are satisfied with your current job? Are you interested and inspired by the work? As for myself, maybe I am very lucky because now I can do the job I want. My name is Nhu, 22 years old and this is how I got my dream job. I am currently a final year student majoring in Business Administration. I plan to graduate in about 2 months. I am in the process of looking for a job When I accidentally read the recruitment information of Unilever in Vietnam, after learning about the company and the job positions, I think I like this job. I decided that I would take the entrance exam for Unilever by participating in the internship program Unilever Fresh Program. I sent an email and CV to apply for the entrance exam. In the first round, I took the Aptitude Test Online. The test is mainly about knowledge of finance, accounting, GMAT… And luckily, after 2 weeks I received an email that I passed the first round. I am very happy and excited. Next, I participated in the second round of the preliminary interview. In this round, the employer mainly asks basic questions about the candidate's personality, general understanding of the profession and commitment to long-term commitment. I am confident that I performed well and smoothly, according to my observations, the interviewer's attitude was also quite satisfying. I continued to pass the 2nd round. In the next round, the candidates were divided into groups to study together. My team received a request to survey customers about “Green Future” – a breakthrough innovation strategy of the company, thereby providing solutions to help increase sales for distributors. After a week, the group presented to the judges Branch Manager, CD Training and Area Sales Managers (ASM). And I was fortunate enough to be selected and participated in the last interview round with the Branch Manager. After 1 week, I was officially accepted into Unilever with the position of Trade Marketing. With all my effort and part of my luck, I got my dream job.
