Task:

To create a building, the most important step is design a building. Many people think that the most significant factor of a house is its purpose of use rather than its appearance. I completely disagree with this idea because the society is growing, the demand of people is increasing, so, uses and appearance are tow factors that can not lack of a building.

Firstly, constructing a proper building for the purpose of use is very necessary. Any building is built for one or more purposes such as housing, business or trade,... If a building is built incorrectly with its intended uses, it will cause waste, it will bring meaning and benefits as intended. A building is built incorrectly with intended purposes can also cause great damage to the users both in money and spirit. For example, you want to build a house to grow flowers. For planting flowers, your house need to provide full light for trees, so if your house is built without sunlight, flowers will not grow well. Mean, that house is built wrong with its purposes, and you have to build again or change the purpose of use. Then, you will have many difficulties.

Secondly, another important factor is the appearance. The appearance is also a essential element that create a sense of comfort of a building. Example, you build a hotel, besides designing building that suitable for its purpose, you need to design of its appearance which is beautiful and attractive look, then, your hotel can attract many customers. So, the appearance play also an important role to create a certain kind of sympathy for the house. Any building also need to have the suitable appearance with purposes of use.

In conclusion, intended use and appearance of the building are two elements that go together. They decide the value of a building, and meet the needs both physically and mentally.
