In my free time, I often read books, books' theme is about sport. I like resistant training like free weight training because it helps me to change my body a lot. I read them one a day because I should do something else, such as do homework and do housework. But at the weekend, maybe Saturday or Sunday, I can spend up to 2 hours at the coffee shop to read books. Like I said before, my favorite books are about Free weight training because, in the past, I was very fat, I was 103 kg, but thank for the encouragement of a friend, I went to the Gym and trained. But at first, because I didn't know technicals of Exercise, so I hurt myself frequently. Then I realized that I should study about exercise's technical to train safely. So I bought a lot of books about that and read all of them. Thank for that, Now I can train without any injury. Last night I read a book named "NASM Personal Training Essential", that book contains lots of useful information about becoming a Personal Trainer and that is my job now.
