I choose financial manager as my profession because I need to satisfy my needs. As a financial manager, there are many advantages over other professions that will benefits my lifestyle. I am a person prefer a clean working area and I like to work at office instead of on the field. Some people enjoy working out at the field and have lots of fun, but I think occasionally is enough for me. My basic needs from the job are to fulfill my family, outstand my prestige, earn enough money, a good job, my personal hobbits, and enough free time.

I list my family in the first thing of my needs because I concern about my family in the future more than anything else. Family is the closest connection in my life. Some people can live off without family but they will never experience the warmth of a family. I will also list my parents on the top list because they have always been there for me, no matter what happened. My brother and my sister is the next closest connection I have and I need to hang out with them a lot even when I have a job. Later on when I have a wife and kids, then everything will sound very logically for my needs on the job. To outstand my prestige to other people is also very important. I am a man and prestige is what most man wants. Prestige is a very important factor for my need because I wanted people to respect me. Money is the most basic need of my needs. A job that earns lots money will probably almost solve all my other needs. I need money for a nice house to live in. I need to get my children to an affordable school, and I need to buy luxury items for my future wife. I think the world is very realistic and money should be able to do the magic. I need a good job, a job that I can work nice and easy. There really isn’t much job that is good and you can work nice and easy. I need a good job that I can pick my own schedule land I need a good pay. The last thing I need from my job is that I need to enjoy it; otherwise I get bored very soon. I have lots of personal hobbits that most people wont believe. I am kind of people that like to try everything. I like to snowboard, shooting rifles, volleyball, swimming, computer games, pool, hiking, camping, touring and partying. The last thing I need is time. I need time to hang out with my friends, wife, children, parents and relatives. If I cant get my other needs that I want then at lest get me some free time. Most people when they work at their profession they really don’t have much time to do all these stuffs I mentioned. I think time is very important to keep me stay in the circle of the people I know. Once I stay out of the circle, it will be very hard to get in again.

The society needs a financial manager to manage people’s wealth. Many people doesn’t understand or know how to invest their money and build wealth. "I've got my mind on my money, and my money on my mind," ( ) . Money plays an important role on people’s life and especially in the survival of companies.
