Many people believe that international tourism is a bad thing for their country. What are the reasons? Solutions to change negative attitudes.

In recent years, travel industry plays a vital role in national economy, but there are many people who have a belief that international tourism causes negative on country. In my opinion, both individual and the government could take steps to improve the situation.

There are some reasons why local people think that tourists from different countries are harmful to their nation. First, the different culture is might the main reason for this thought. Since cultural acculturation by international tourists, more and more traditional culture has been changed. This situation makes the elder disappointed, so they tend to think that the development of global tourism is negative. Moreover, the other reason that would be considered is the degradation of the cultural heritages by international tourists. For example, the wall of Duc Ba church was signed by a lot of international tourists in order to confirm their visiting in there, which result in many people having negative thoughts about tourists from different countries.

However, several feasible solutions could be proposal to change the negative situation mentioned above. First, the government should clarify the advantages of the development of international tourism. For example, visitors from different countries are usually wealthy people. When they travel to different countries, they spend money on staying, eating, and entertainment which will generate incomes of local people. Second, the local authorities should pass laws to preserve the cultural heritages. For example, if someone signs on the wall of the cultural heritages, he or she will pay the penalty such as money that will reduces the degradation of the cultural heritages as well as negative thoughts of locals about international tourists.

In conclusions, although there are some vexing problems arising from international tourists, government could certainly implement a range of measures to solve those problems.
