PLEASE HELP ME BY REVIEWING MY IELTS ESSAY

Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People have different view about noise controls while those who support that they should be free to make noise have their own good arguments, I firmly believe that government should provide with some measures to control noise.

On the one hand, there are some good reasons why people tend to make noise as they like. Firstly, there is strong connection between making noise and people mood. For example, someone become happy and relaxed when they listen loudly music after hard-working day, in fact that annoying to a next-door neighbor. Moreover, in modernization process, noises that are from factory and vehicle are unavoidable. For instance, people who live along streets are get used to the vehicle noise although it is a loudly noise.

On the other hand, I am more in favor of having the essential measures of controlled noise. The first reason is that there are some mental and physical disease which have cause from hearing noise for a long time. For example, according to science paper, employees who have worked in the noise environment will be higher the percentage of having ear-diseased than normal people. Another reason worth mentioning is the strong link between noise and the work performance. For example, people who work nearby the airport usually could not concentrate about their work because of the noise of plane engine when it takes off or land into the ground.

In conclusion, although there are some benefits from noise, I consider that having some essential ways to control noise is more positive overall.
