Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It is a hot-debated topic these days about the choice of work. Many people reckon that the best way to earn a living is to have a stable job, which means that they will spend their whole working life in a particular workplace. Many others, on the other hand, think that they can enhance their work experience if they have a chance to work in various organizations. While the former idea can be justified for some reasons, I am more inclined towards the second one.

On the one hand, working in the same place is believed to be advantageous, especially for older people who want to stabilize their lives rather than take risks. These adults are willing to have a stable job which can provide low-paid salaries in lieu of contemporary occupations that are highly paid. This is due to the fact that a permanent job can provide them a sense of security and they do not have to worry about seeking a job to pay for their daily activities.

On the other hand, a person can be better if they have an opportunity to work for different organizations. First of all, these employees may be more experienced and have a wider range of knowledge. Therefore, they are more likely to adapt to a new work environment in every situation. Furthermore, changing workplace is an ideal way for young people to experience and enhance their intellectuality. Thus, they can make a comparison among different companies and then decide which is the most suitable workplace to dedicate to.

In conclusion, while working for the same organization can be a safe and rewarding choice, I believe that people can be much better if they have a chance to alter their work environments.
