The late childbirth trend is getting more and more popular in modern life. There are variety of reasons that count on this trend. Simultaneously, this trend has many effects to both society and family life.

The first reason might come from the changeable opinion of young generations. Nowadays, many people want to concentrate on their career instead of marriage as well as childbirth. They think having a stable career before marriage is better for them and their children in future. They will have many good conditions to nurture their children. Second, many younger want to enjoy their youth. Because the youth is limited, many people want to implement anything that they like. They can live for only themselves. With motherhood or fatherhood, they cannot live a life like they want. They have to have responsibility for their children. Even they must give up their passion to take care for their children. Therefore, many people think early childbirth will prevent their enjoyment of youth. Third, many young people have difficulties about their finance problems. They are not capable enough to bring up a child. The low-income people often encounter this issue.

The late childbirth trend causes many positive and negative effects. On the positive side, old parents can nurture their children with good conditions. They have many practical skills as well as stable finance. However, this trend also has some negative effects. First, the older parents get, the more difficult their pregnancy is. The quality of egg and sperm decreases over time. Second, if parents have children late, the distance between they and their children is larger. This makes difficulties for understanding their children. This is a noteworthy issue for old parents because children very sensitive. In addition, the late childbirth makes society lack of human resources. World population is getting older and older. The old human resources are a popular issue in many countries in the world.

The trend of late childbirth is a problem that have two side. We have to many solutions to promote positive side in this problem.
