When choosing a job, salary is the most important consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A well-paid job is always the first factor of each job seekers. From my point of view, I only partially agree to this opinion.

On the one hand, I agree that the higher salary is, the more interesting the job is. Nowadays, price of many things is getting higher and higher such as house, food, services. Money is a necessary thing to have a good life and raise living standards. Therefore, many people try hard to earn money as much as possible. Moreover, many people think that the level of salary show their ability. In addition, the high salary will create motivation to many people work better. The better salary is, the more the responsibility is.

On the other hand, high salary is not significant for many job seekers. Many people choose a job because simply this is their passion, a job can make them happy when working. Besides, many people work to dedicate to society such as community doctors, teachers who teaching at difficult areas. They are wonderful people, they make our world more beautiful. Moreover, many young people have to choose a job because of their parent's decision. This is extremely terrible if we have to doing a job that we don't like it. In addition, there are some different reasons such as health, ability, working environment.

In summary, I am both agreement and disagreement with the opinion that good pay is the most significant factor when riding a job.
