Overall, the process pf producing bricks includes seven main stages, beginning with digging up cray and ending with delivery bricks to customers.

The first step in the process is using the digger to dug up clay. In the next step, a metal grid is used to filter clay, therefore, they become smoother. The process continues with mixing smooth clay with sand and water, then they are cut by the wire cutter of filled in the moulds. Subsequently, the wet bricks are dried in drying oven from 24 to 48 hours.

The next stages is putting bricks in a kiln, starting with moderate temperature, about 200c - 980c. Then, they are moved to another kiln with higher temperature, 870c - 1300c. In the end of this step, bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber between 48 and 72 hours. Bricks are packaged before they are deliveried to customers. This is also the final stages in producing bricks process.
