Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing while others argue that it is not suitable. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.?
In recent years, young generations are taking over various important positions in the governmental system in every country. While the opponents of this trend claim that it would be unsuitable in some ways, I support that this trend would be a positive step in the labour market.
On the one hand, recruiting young people to work in the government gives several undoubted drawbacks. It is widely believed that the young usually lack the fundamental skills in management so they would meet a lot of difficulties to persuade the older accept their abilities. Additionally, in the young age, they obviously have less opportunity to challenge with different dilemmas, resulting in the lack of practical experience which is accumulated by years of working. Because of these, keeping a key position in the government would be unsuitable to young people whose abilities need practicing for years later in life.
On the other hand, I believe that there are several advantages if young people make contribution to governmental work. Firstly, different from older people, the young are eager to implement new policies and likely to tackle all of the problems in creative ways. Therefore, holding an important governmental position, they could have their own way of management and eliminate what are considered to be inappropriate or old-fashioned to modern life. Moreover, in comparison with older people, the young would have more years of their life contributing to the nation in the long term. Because of this, their capacities would be sharpened together with years of experience built as they become older.
In conclusion, from my viewpoint, the increasing number of young people taking part in governmental works is an advantageous sign to the country despite some unavoidable disadvantages.
In recent years, young generations have been are taking over various important positions in the governments al system in of every country.
