Please help me answer these two questions.

1. What's wrong with this sentence?

With Windows 7 Home Premium preinstalled, you can dive right in and enjoy working on a familiar platform.

2. What's wrong with this sentence?

Shoot quality videos with the fast-performing, HD capability of this PNY Technologies microSD card.

The problem with 1 seems to be a syntactical mismatch between the two halves of the sentence. "With...preinstalled" doesn't match "dive right in and enjoy working." It might be better simply as:
