Please help me and review this letter.

IELTS GT Task 1

You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice about whether to go to college or to try to get a job. You think he/she should get a job.

Write a letter to this friend. In your letter:

• say why he/she would not enjoy going to college
• explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her
• suggest types of job that would be suitable for him/her

Dear Jammy,

I’m writing this letter in a reply to your letter in which you sought my advice. I strongly believe that you should go for a job instead of studying in a college.

If you get an admission in a college, I don’t think you will be able to study well. The reason is most teachers are not highly qualified and teach the same traditional concepts to students. I suspect that you will learn something new.

On the other hand, you can get a good salary if you decide to do a job. Many companies nowadays are offering handsome salaries including other perks and benefits. You can support your family since your father has recently retired and he won’t be getting any pension.

In my view, a job of marketing analyst in a textile company will suit you the most. They don’t only offer hefty bonuses, but also send their staff abroad for further studies.
