Please help me about the formal e-mail I have to send

Hey! Im planning to apply for a University in Lithuania and Im gonna send an e-mail to them about the questions I have in my mind. So I would appreciate if you can help me about the mail Im gonna send if there is anything wrong or informal or how can I make it more accurate.

I'm from Turkey/a non-eu citizen. I intend to apply for animation programme. The questions I had in my mind are: How does entrance examination work exactly? Do I have to go to Vilnius for the entrance examination? If I do, do you provide convenience about visa? Is there any specifical procedure I should follow on preparing porfolio? How many works I should put in my portfolio? Is there an English Preparatory Program for students whose level of English is below proficiency level (below B2)? Does animation programme run fully in English? Do I have to pay tuition fee cash per year or is it possible to pay by installment? Also I kindly ask you for general information in case there is anything I miss."
