I thought she would’ve told you about it.
vs.

I would’ve thought she would’ve told you about it.

Can you please tell me the difference in meaning between the sentences above? Are they almost the same? Please help.

Yes. We aren't that fussy about that sort of thing in speech. It pays to get it straight in writing, though. I would make it "I'd have thought she'd tell you about it."
