At what context with present situation can we use sentences with the sentence structure "Subject+would+verb+subject+you+verb? I heard this on news TV. Could somebody explain with examples with the same sentence structure with would? Please help.

Take a look at the examples at the link below. I don't think all of them are exactly what you want, but you can certainly find quite a few. I recommend that you find and read those that contain the grammar pattern you are interested in. After that, reply with your assessment of what that pattern means and in which situations you think it can be used.
