I have received the below statement from one of our clients but i can not understand what he really would like to say
Could you please tell me what he says? (more simple way)

"We would like to request you give at least until the end of November for clients to place orders as they will not be able to increase their prices until April next year as most of our clients have had to increase prices due to the UK Brexit exit."
