thanks... ,but in conversations.. isn´t the preposition supposed to be at the end of the question?

By the way, I have another query....if you are given the ensuing answer: He studies law at Oxford university....which question ( to answer the underlined phrase) is the right one?
where does he study law?
what university does he study law at?

Not necessarily; if you have other sentence elements, they may also end a sentence.

What university does he study law at?

Both of those are good answers.
